Now that the dust has started to settle on the COVID-19 pandemic there is an opportunity to focus on the areas that were further down the priority line but have become increasingly important for when a more normal work resumes.

Over the last four years we’ve worked really hard to develop a solution that responds to the hiring needs of today, as a result, our product has evolved rapidly, leaving behind some of the main features from where it first originated.

It’s been estimated that by 2025, 75% of the workforce will be made up of millennials. This, along with the introduction of Gen Z into the workforce, means that the needs of your employees will soon be changing drastically.

73% of employees said flexible work arrangements increased their satisfaction at work. As well as this, 77% of employees said they would consider flexible work arrangements to be a major factor when evaluating future job opportunities.
